VEITH - Cores & Accessories (Mold)
We have many years experience in the manufacturing of mold cores according to customer drawings. So far, we processed materials such as WAS, HWS, HSS. Due to intensive cooperation with our customers, we can now offer cores from HM.
Especially in small, thin cores carbide has special properties:
- The core is not pushed away by the injection pressure
- In spite of carbide material, a bending strength of 3600 N / mm is available
- Carbide has an excellent thermal conductivity of 85 compared to WAS / HWS / HSS is between 28 - 32
